ASNEAA offered CLP programming at the inaugural Juneteenth Freedom Day 2024. The 71st Precinct Community Council + Councilwoman Darlene Mealy (District 41) hosted an introduction ceremony to kickoff the festivities.
CLP participants celebrated Juneteenth with the following arts as advocacy creative expressions projects (courtesy of Blick Art Supplies):

- Paint Canvas’
- Legacy Bracelets
The ASNEAA BIPOC heritage exploration included trivia + book prizes (courtesy of Brooklyn Book Bodega + in-kind donations) to promote social justice advocacy + cultural literacy for ALL AGES AND BACKGROUNDS!
